Okay, so this is the airless gun. The airless gum facilitates the appropriation of the paint at the end of the gun. So, by pulling the trigger, depressing the trigger, it allows the needle would to off the seat and the product to travel up through the stem through the filter and exit out the gun.
This here is a tip guard. Now, the tip guard is utilized to hold the tip itself.
So, before we try to transfer any product when priming or sending the product through the gun, we always take the tip guard off. Utilize the gun on its own without a tip on there, primarily because, a tip atomizes the product through the back of the tip base itself.
So, what it does is the material comes through the gun, exits on that port, comes through the back of the tip guard, through the back of the tip itself, and its atomized out the front of the tip. So, it’s an external mix nozzle.
By putting the tip into the tip guard, it houses and holds the tip for me.
So, there’s two things you remember here is with the tip guard itself that has a tip.
