Why you should calibrate your instruments?

The accuracy of instrument measurements start to drift over time which is why regular calibration of instruments is essential.

You will observe that the accuracy of major electronic components like voltage references, current shunts and potentiometers will start to drift over time. You must make sure your instruments don’t become bias and provide inaccurate results, which could affect the success of your project. Inaccurate instruments can be corrected if a consistent calibration schedule is maintained.
